For all apartment rentals there is a non-refundable credit check fee of $100 per person.
Please click on the link to the left of your screen which will bring you in to a secured Pay Pal web-transaction. It is not require to have pay pal in order to use this service. For each apartment application we will need our Apartment Application Form completed along with proof of income and Photo ID. Please see Suggested Requirements. |
