The apartment has two big bedrooms and a loft-like open living/dining area (total 1300 sq ft), with 10 windows from which you can enjoy views of the Hudson river, the surrounding roofs and both sunrise and sunset. The open kitchen is perfect for entertaining. The bathroom has two sinks, a hanging toilet, and a large tub (all appliances designed by Philippe Starck). The apartment is fully furnished.

Residents in our coop are mostly professionals, artists, and musicians. The building is meticulously well kept by a dedicated superintendent and his staff.
